Terms & conditions are needed because from our experiences that, there are plenty of renter could not fulfill their responsibility as a renter, that is why we need to provide the terms & conditions for all of the person that want to use our services. Consultation would be free to avoid miscommunication in the future or to improve your knowledge about rent car's rules.

SELF-DRIVE

For those who who want to self-drive need to provide your profile information document and etc. Such as, IC(KTP)/passport, driving license, where do the renter live in Batam, phone number, and etc. I-want rent car Batam will hold renter IC(KTP)/passport, We would not use your identification for other needs, only for car rental purpose only. For your notice that the driver must have the driving license, if not, it will be the renter 's responsibility.

If the renter's use of the car exceeds the rental agreement period, then there will be a charge for that. You can see the charge price in OVER TIME section below. The used of car only acceptable in Batam area, if renter are trying to drive the car out of the agreement's area, I-want rent car Batam have the right to take the car from you even it still in the renting period.

Accidents that result in damage to the vehicle, such as light/severe scratches or dents due to the renter's fault, whether intentionally or unintentionally. So the entire cost of repairing the workshop is the responsibility of the renter.  Major or serious accidents that result in holes in the car, the car not being able to drive, fires or broken windows caused by the renter's negligence, whether intentionally or unintentionally. So the entire repair cost is the responsibility of the renter, and the renter is charged a charge of 75% per day of the daily rental price, which is calculated while the vehicle is being repaired at the workshop. We do not allow car rental for racing activities, whether official races or unofficial races. If damage occurs to the vehicle, all damage resulting from the above use is fully borne by the vehicle renter.

I-want rent car Batam have the right to reject your request of rent car or to take the car from renter, if renter disobey the terms & condition.

WITH DRIVER

Rent car with driver service will be start from 08.00 AM until 06.00 PM or 10.00 PM . No matter from what time renter start the service, the end of driver service will be until 06.00 PM or 10.00 PM, if renter need the service more than that time, then there will be a charge that you can see in the OVER TIME section below. If you need the service earlier than 08.00 AM, you can discuss it with us later on. Rent car with driver is include with fuel, so you do not need to bother about the fuel. 

Special orders such as baby car seats, English speaking drivers, depend on availability. I-want rent car Batam has the right to refuse a customer's order, if the customer shows disrespectful behavior, insults, insults, commits acts of violence. I-want rent car Batam has the right to refuse orders if the number of passengers exceeds the car's capacity.

If an accident occurs which results in damage to the vehicle caused by the driver, intentionally or unintentionally. This will be the full responsibility of I-want rent car Batam. If an accident occurs which results in damage to the vehicle caused by the renter or passenger, intentionally or unintentionally. It will be the full responsibility of the renter or passenger.

All vehicle rental prices do not include life insurance and do not include accident insurance.

OVER TIME

Disciple of time need to be obey by the renter. When the renter rent a car from 07.00 AM, then, the car must be return at 07.00 AM on the next day. There will be a charge for the renter that return the car out of time. Also, for those who rent the car with the driver & Fuel included in it, you will be charged if you used the driver service more than 06.00 PM or 10.00 PM, maximum 4 hours, more than that you need to pay a day rate. Below are the list of charge for those who run out of time:

1. Agya/Calya/Sigra/Rocky/Raize: $8 SGD/Hour.

2. Xenia/Avanza: $10 SGD/Hour.

3. Innova Reborn: $15 SGD/Hour.

4. Innova Zenix: $17 SGD/Hour.

5. Fortuner: $30 SGD/Hour.

6. Alphard: $60 SGD/Hour.

7. For the driver charge: $5 SGD/Hour

NOTE: MORE THAN 4 HOUR, WILL BE COUNT AS A DAY RENT.
